Worship
We worship Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:15am. Each Sunday we celebrate God’s love for us through the power of God’s Word for our lives and in the sacrament of Holy Communion. Our service strives to be a blending of both traditional and contemporary worship styles and seeks to invite all into a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Sunday School
Our Sunday school is based on the school year calendar but includes a summer Vacation Bible School as well. Due to our size and our desire to invite not only members but friends to our Sunday school format, we use a relational model of Sunday School that we work at fitting to the needs and availability of our teachers and kids. This allows us to achieve greater depth and breadth in our lessons, along with allowing nearly all of our children to attend each session. Please check our calendar in our newsletter for our Sunday School times.
Adult Education
As a community of faith we desire to be life-long learners as we explore our relationship with Jesus Christ. Therefore, we engage in adult education after our worship service (10:00am). A topical class will usually begin each fall and spring concluding during Advent and before summer begins. We invite all to attend these vital events to understanding God’s ongoing revelation in the world through the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Women’s Bible Studies and Ministries
In addition to our Sunday offerings we also have on-going weekly and monthly offerings for the women of our church. These consist of quilting for Lutheran World Relief – 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s from 9am-1pm and a monthly evening bible study beginning at 7pm. We invite you to check the newsletter for updates and locations of these activities.
